Bonus Side Quest 1 - The Ghost of the Tideless Man - Live From Wolf Crest Game Con 2026!
This live side quest takes the party away from their usual path and drops them into the strange, marshy outskirts of Greyfen, where a mysterious encounter along the river leaves more questions than answers. A ghost appears with a cryptic warning, vanishes into the night, and sends the adventurers searching for answers that quickly lead them somewhere they probably should not be going. Because apparently seeing a ghost say “they took me” is all the invitation these people need.
Along the way, the party gains an unexpected new companion in Thistle Greenbrier, a cheerful young halfling barbarian with a goat named Bramble who immediately becomes one of the most memorable personalities in the adventure. What begins as a search for information turns into an increasingly bizarre investigation, complete with suspicious locals, a mysterious village, strict rules about what can and cannot be discussed, and a growing sense that the villagers are hiding something much older and more dangerous than a simple ghost story.
As the investigation deepens, the party discovers that the strange traveler connected to the ghost may have stumbled across something that was never meant to be disturbed. The secrets of the village, its mysterious deep well, and an ancient threat begin to come together, forcing the group to decide whether they are willing to interfere with something that the locals have guarded for generations. Naturally, they respond to this extremely sensible warning by investigating even further.
What follows is a chaotic live adventure filled with questionable decisions, strange discoveries, questionable drinking, a goat who may be the most emotionally intelligent member of the party, and a dangerous attempt to set things right. With the fate of more than just the village hanging in the balance, the party must work together to confront an ancient threat and attempt to restore what was broken.
